Bomboloni Bakery joins traditional Italian pastry with a modern location with production on sight, where you can admire the white art of Giovanni and taste the best products, made with original Italian ingredients. After thirty years of experience in Europe where he managed many pastry shops in different countries, Master Baker Giovanni Sea starts his new adventure in Jensen Beach, Florida. The assortment is the result of a long time of artisan experimentation and manual production. Simple products made with natural ingredients; an explosion of taste, colors, flavors and Italian emotions. Some of the equipment used has been the same for three generations, the Grandfather left to Giovanni, his old kneader, like the old coffee roaster of the 40s, which have always been used and maintained with care up to the present day. The secrets left by his Grandfather would not work with a modern kneader. Giovanni owes partly to them and to his Grandfather's wisdom, a significant part of his success.
